We often hear citizens cry about “keeping politics out of [art/sports/etc.]”. While the sentiment sounds lovely, true unpolitical art is only possible when all artists attain complete liberty to create.

The ASJ Collective serves two purposes: to promote the creations of artists without any nepotistic or “inside” ties to the art industry and to pressure our politicians to ensure true liberty and transparency inside the American political system. We hope that this dual-role creates a symbiotic relationship between the art and the political theory: those who visit our site for the art may find that they wish to share our policies with their local representatives, while those who come to read policy may discover artists that they wish to promote or find works that they wish to purchase.
